GUARANTEE

Guest satisfaction is our highest priority. If you experience challenges with any services, notify us within 7 days of your visit and we are happy to correct any issues with no additional charge. Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, we accept retail exchanges at full credit within 7 days of purchase date.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options, we require a 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Should you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice a cancellation fee of 50% of booked services applies. This fee will be due before a new appointment can be re-booked.

LATE ARRIVAL

Services for guests running late will be adapted to fit the remaining appointment time without adjustment to the original booking price. Guests Arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled & standard short notice cancellation fees will apply.

NO-SHOW POLICY

Guests who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointments without any notice will be subject to a no-show fee of 100% of services booked prior to re-booking.

GUEST WELL-BEING POLICY

Ensuring the well-being of our staff and guests is our utmost priority. If you are feeling unwell, notify us by email or text as soon as possible. In such cases, we'll waive any cancellation fees. Your health & understanding is greatly valued.

STAFF AVAILABILITY & RESCHEDULING

We are committed to providing you with exceptional service while prioritizing the well being of both our guests and staff. In the event that a service provider becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances or illness, we will make every effort to promptly inform you and assist in providing rescheduling options.
